In 2007, Arts Benicia collaborated with the City of Benicia and Benicia Historical Museum, the Benicia Fire Museum, and the Benicia Capitol State Historic Park in a program called: Passports to Benicia, or "Third Sundays". The Passport program invited residents and visitors to enjoy and learn about the many cultural and historical treasures within this city of 15 square miles and to unite the history and charm of the city's First Street with activities within the Benicia Arsenal. On August 19, Arts Benicia welcomed children to help create a 6 foot mural, while adults tasted award-winning wines from Boodeaux Vineyards.
