Phil was born in Chico, CA and has lived many places including San Diego; San Francisco; Washington, DC; Ventura; and France. He currently lives in Vallejo where he also has his studio. He completed his bachelor's degree at San Diego State University and attended graduate school there as well. His art study was done mainly at the De Young Museum art school and UC Berkeley. |
