Arts Benicia is pleased to present "CREAM - from the top." The goal of this exhibition, which is in its second year, is to introduce artists that have risen to the top of their respective classes in seven Bay Area graduate arts programs: California College of the Arts, JFK University, San Francisco State University, Mills College, San Francisco Art institute, University of California Berkeley, University of California Davis . . . . . .
