David L. Lindsay is a self-taught glass artist who was born in Vallejo, Ca. After graduating from St. Patrick High School he became an apprentice at Nourot Glass Studios. He became proficient in all aspects of glass production and after six years became a partner in the glass studio. He has since opened his own studio here in Benicia. |

He created a multi-faceted "Beehive" paperweight and a
"Peak" paperweight and often incorporated silver or gold into the design. He
also has an exquisite and simplistic line of vases, perfume bottles and bowls named
"Sarah".
David has created many pieces for churches and in 1987, he created communion dishes for the Pope's visit. |
